FAQ

Questions about offers and pricing

Still unsure? A real person answers Mon to Fri 8 to 8 and Sat 8 to 4.

(540) 796-0004
How does the $49 dispatch fee work?

The $49 dispatch fee covers the visit and diagnosis. When you go ahead with the repair, it rolls into the repair price, so you don't pay it twice.

Can I use more than one offer?

Offers cannot be combined with other offers, and restrictions apply. Pick the one that saves you the most, and ask us for details when we confirm your visit.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We use flat-rate pricing. You approve the price in writing before work starts, and there's no extra charge if the job runs long.

Can you come today?

Same-day appointments are often available in Spotsylvania County, and we're open Saturdays 8 AM to 4 PM. Call (540) 796-0004 to check today's schedule.

Are your techs licensed and screened?

We hold Master Electrical and Master Plumbing licences and Virginia Class A Contractor Lic. #2705189863, and we're bonded and insured. Every tech has passed a background check and drug test.

Will you look at another company's quote?

Yes. Second opinions are free, and we offer price matching. Claim the free second opinion offer and we'll take a look.
